CreateYourCareer is a division of iCon Executive Evolution Pty Ltd, an education provider specialising in success coaching, and soft skills and management training and education to corporations and businesses throughout Australia.
At CreateYourCareer, we believe in providing more than just a fancy resume writing service, instead we aim to address the underlying career goals of our clients, thereby helping them to find the jobs and employers that they want, not just what they need. All of our team are actively involved in success coaching (in addition to interview coaching), and we bring all our skills and experience to the table when servicing our clients.
CreateYourCareer is based out of Sydney, New South Wales, but we service clients and companies all throughout Australia.

Lap-Tin brings a broad range of expertise and experience across the corporate sphere, as well as an intimate knowledge and understanding of organisational dynamics and what companies and employers look for when recruiting staff.
Lap-Tin is a solid believer in the importance of personal development and life planning, and in the last 8 years Lap-Tin has coached and advised many individuals on their personal and career objectives, and to help these individuals to reshape and redefine their lives to achieve their goals and personal fulfilment.

Eric Oliver
Senior Coach
Eric is a certified Career Coach and web consultant, and is one of the primary coaches of CreateYourCareer and iCon Executive Evolution. Eric has over 15 years of experience in the private sector, and has previously worked with MLC, QBE Insurance, OnceAustralia, and other well known Australian companies.
Eric's area of expertise include personal development, as well as career and retirement planning and transition. Eric is a highly talented and personable coach that is well respected by clients and other coaches alike. |
